Screen gone, out of order with in a month
Screen gone, out of order with in a month Initially for 2 days developed a dark line in between screens....later screen is completely gone...blank All happened with in a month, of initial use. Pack opened on 28th October2023. Can understand....electronic items can go any time..... All these years, using Samsung products...starting from S8....all model.....2 to 3 piced every time..... First time the product gone wrong....can understand.....Please suggest , how to handle....as the Mobile is almost new.....

Hardware issues with phone
I am using this phone almost more than a month. Last week I started facing issues with Bluetooth connectivity like disconnection several times, unable to pair devices etc. Later I had more issues like wifi not work , Hotspot don't work. I went to Samsung service center in dubai. They said ,there is hardware issues with phone I need to send it back to Amazon as it is overseas version.
