these wire managers are great are use them to clip my CB antenna wire down

Had purchased this about 2 years to use as a support for routing some long cables and to this day they hold as the first day. Excellent quality stuff with adequate size and ease of installation. the adhesive is also of good quality stuff from 3M. I purchased a second pack because of this.

Don't stick that good and break easily

I recently used this to hold down and route power and antenna cables for a wall mount above a fireplace where running cables through the wall was not an option. They stick and hold well even with some pretty tight angles and bends and have held for several months with no signs of letting go.

They work in smooth surfaces and stick fine, but they don't hold many cables. One thick cable or two normal sized will fit fine, but if you're trying to do serious cable management under a desk or something I wouldn't use these.
