So useful!
This museum putty is super useful for fixing small and breakable items down. It's especially great if you have cats which try to knock small objects over all the time! This fixes things down firmly so that they don't budge. I haven't experienced any melting like other users, and found this very easy to use so I think it's great value for money.

It works very well for anchoring items when you have kittens
second purchase - I have a kitten who is into everything. It has held the already secured items well. I unfortunately missed a lighted dressing table mirror in my bedroom and he decided to go behind it although it's only the wall, and it fell and although it didn't break, it cracked my mirrored dressing table (I am still weeping silently). I therefore needed more Quakehold to anchor it down and anything else I may have missed.

Good not great
The product is good, not great. I use it to stick down Pop Vinyl figures that keep falling over. Some of them still fall over a lot, even with a lot of the product applied, but I eventually get there are a few attempts.

Good quality, easy-to-use, non-staining putty
It does what it says on the tin - although to be honest I haven't tested it with earthquakes. Easy-to-use low (zero?) oil content putty suitable for securing and placing objects on stands, shelves etc. After 2 months of use on a variety of mineral samples it doesn't stain, it's easy to remove and it's secure once it firms up (~2 hours) after placing the piece.

Cat proof
Bought this so we could actually have stuff on shelves and not worry about the cat nocking them off. Works great. Very strong hold. Easy to use.

it leaves marks on walls when used.
Despite the claims on the packaging, this product does leave a mark/stain on walls which does not clean off, it does not work as well as Blutack for holding things on walls.

Works a treat!
This stuff is great. My kittens try to purposefully knock down plant pots, vases etc and this stuff has worked a treat from not letting that happen. You have you give it time, if you use it and try to move the object you’re trying to secure straight away it will wobble. But if you just leave it a couple of days later if you nudge the object it doesn’t move at all! Also make sure both the surface of the object and what you’re placing it on is clean clean and try. Highly recommend!

Excellent product that does not pull paint for walls or damage pieces adhered to. I use this to hold pictures and keep them from moving and keep level on my walls, just by putting a pea size ball of this thick putty behind the picture and smashing it to the wall, holds most items in place for months. . I have also used this to keep breakables from sliding or moving around in my china cabinet, just press down and it holds. Washes off easily, great to prevent movement, would buy again!

Does exactly what it says. Great hold for ornaments that would be likely knocked over by pets.

I've been using Quakehold Museum Putty for my diamond painting projects, and it has been an absolute game-changer. If you're tired of the constant need to refresh the wax on your pen, this putty is the perfect solution. The putty is incredibly easy to work with—just take a small amount, roll it into a ball, and press it onto your diamond painting pen. It has amazing staying power, allowing you to pick up and place diamonds with precision and ease without losing its grip. Unlike wax, which can dry out or lose its tackiness, this putty remains consistent throughout your entire project. In fact, you may have to dab it on your sleeve, so it isn’t as sticky. Another great benefit is that it doesn’t leave any residue on the diamonds, keeping them shiny and clean. It’s also great for sensitive projects where wax might be too sticky or leave behind unwanted marks. Overall, Quakehold Museum Putty is a fantastic and affordable alternative to wax, making it an essential tool for anyone who loves diamond painting. Highly recommended!

It's just gummy. Great for sticking posters on a wall, but it doesn't stick to any surface like vases, aluminium, wood or the counter. Definately not cat proof, because your flower vase will not stick to the surface that you put it on and the cat will still knock it over. Especially if you have a big cat or playful kittens. Cannot say anything about it being earth quake proof since we do not have those where I live, but I guess that when your whole house shakes things will still fall even with this gummy. Would not buy again and do not recommend it. Waste of money.

Molto utile per mettere cose che si rompono sulle librerie. L’ho usato anche per fissare la tv sul mobile per evitare che vada indietro.
