Impressed with how long it lasts when you put it on. Often lasts 12 hours. Found it also works on bad knees.

I love the way the product goes on and absorbs in my skin easily. It doesn’t have a bad smell and it makes me feel better.

Can we give negative stars? Or maybe Black holes? I would give this 4 black holes.It stinksIt is messy you need to use gloves to apply.But worst of all it burns. Like really burns. It's the burn of neuropathy that I need relief from. I don't need to make it twice as bad.and to add insult to injury you can't return it. Nowhere in the product details does it tell you can't return it. That lovely feature is only apparent when you try and return it.Most of my online business is done with Amazon because if it doesn't work for you you can return it. Tread lightly. A product that does not match the description should be returnable.In fairness it doesn't cause a problem if you use it where you don't have neuropathy it just sits there and stinks. But if you want relief from neuropathy buy something else.

I bought this cream for joint pain that I get after working out. It's very similar to other products that use menthol as an active ingredient. It's very soothing and has a pleasant minty smell.

This product smells very very strong and burns like crazy. I desperately need relief from Sciatica pain, this did not work at all! My husband tried it for shoulder pain, he had to wash it off it burned so bad! Do NOT purchase.I would like to revise my review, this is 100% due to fantastic customer service. The product did not work for me, but please read the ingredients, there are some strong ingredients that were not for me, if you are not sensative, this product may work for you! Either way, customer service was excellent.
