I couldn't believe the price when I saw these and I thought, " these will probably fall apart as soon as I use them". I was wrong. Three different size skimming blades, three blade replacements, an adapter, a handle and a box for $100??? Are you serious? That's an amazing deal!What I like about these the most is the price and the quality. Also, I love the fact that the blades are replaceable unlike level 4 and tape tech brand s which the blades are non-removable non-replaceable which leads me to believe that these companies could make skimming blades, replaceable blades and cell replacement blades, but they want you to buy the entire skimming blade to replace it which is bull crap. I love the fact that these blades are replaceable and you can just buy the blades. I smoothed out a basement ceiling with heavy knockdown texture and it was flawless and these blades helped tremendously. They are cheap but they will last if you take care of them. Amazing deal these skimming blades are! Totally satisfied with these

A tool I didn't know I needed until I used it. I am a do-it-yourselfer on home repairs. Getting the finish smooth and level on drywall can be difficult but not with this product. Once you learn how to use it,(not difficult) you will be searching for areas to use this tool to improve your finishing work.

Using by hand they are great.The pole gave too much wobble for my liking.

Albeit these are ‘knock-off’ blades they work as intended and give a really great finish.. love that they come with two sets of blades… the thinner ones give a really slick finish.Would highly recommend …

Just purchased the skimming blade set after using a similar product. These blades are nicely packed in a plastic carrying case along with extra blades and extension handle. Used these blades to smooth out a previous Drywall job, the blades worked outstanding and stood up to rugged use. As good if not better than a single blade purchased From a big box store. Got everything for a much better price than the single Cost. Would definitely purchase again and I highly recommend this product

Obviously you get what you pay for. The blades are decent and have a good flex when applying mud. However, the extension pole is flimsy and the plastic ends on the holders constantly fall off exposing the extremely sharp metal edges. The metal edges are razor sharp so it's best to either tape or glue the end caps on and not find out after cutting yourself.

The blades in this kit are excellent and it gets the job done in a professional manner. The blades come with a carrying case which makes it excellent for transport.

As the owner of a handyman service I do drywall repairs fairly frequently. About six months ago I acquired a mid-priced 24" skimming blade and have been very impressed with the speed and quality of results on larger repairs. Unfortunately I dropped that skimming blade and bent the edge of the blade, and no replacement is available. So that tool has become useless for want of a replacement blade. This set is much more complete than my first skimming blade and includes:- A 12" skimming blade, which isn't much more useful than a typical 12" drywall knife, though it can be mounted on the included handle to reach higher without a ladder.- A 22" blade that, in my opinion, is the most useful skimming blade in this set.- A 32" blade that's useful for large repairs or so called "level 5" finishes, where the entire surface of a wall is coated in a thin layer of drywall mud.- And extension handle, so the various blades can be used on ceilings or high walls without a ladder.- An additional replacement blade for each of the three sizes of included tool.- A very helpful molded plastic case to keep everything organized and the blades undamaged during storage and transport.Make no mistake, these are not pro quality tools., but it is a very useful and complete set for a reasonable cost. All three of the blades in my set required tightening of the screws holding the replaceable blades in place. Three of the six end caps in my blades occasionally fall out of the handles, but they pop back in easily and really serve only a cosmetic purpose anyway. I love that a case is provided to keep the blades & accessories organized and safe, but getting everything back in the case after use is like playing three dimensional chess. If only the case was 5% bigger I suspect the contents could be fit back inside with relative ease.If you haven't used a drywall skimming blade to finish repairs I suspect you're in for a pleasant surprise at how useful these blades are. These are not the finest skimming blades available, but they are decent tools at a good price for anyone short of a professional drywall installer.
