Q: will it fit the ultimate G?

Yes. These bags will fit Heritage II, Legend II, all G series machines, and the Sentria I.

Q: Will these fit the model G7d?

My understanding is that all kirby have the same bag mount. So I don't see why it wouldn't fit the dimond

Q: will these fit heritage II?

I don't know enough about all the different models of Kirby vacuum cleaners to say for certain that they will fit, but if the Heritage II is a Generation 3 model, then these bags should work. They have a round hole, not an oval one. The hole in these bags does not have cutouts for the 2 tabs on the hose, but it is notched all the way around. If you bend a couple of the tabs back and forth, you can peel them off from both sides of the rubber membrane, making installation much easier.
