Very good product!! My brother had bad leg cramps at night and I told him about this product and he started talking it and his leg cramps went away !

Its hard to find supplements with nothing added to them and this one was the closest. Works well for me, helps me have a restful night, helps with my leg cramps. I always take it with D and K to get the most out of it. Well packaged and I had bought it before so I knew it was a good quality vitamin.

Lo recomiendo, ya que te ayuda a dormir bien y obtener energía ya que tiene vitaminas B6 muy bueno ... lo volvería a comprar me ha ayudado bastante a conciliar el sueño 👍 es bueno consumirlo ala 6pm .

This is a wonderful product. My sleep is better my heartrate is better. Has four important forms of magnesium. I take 2-3 per day. No side effects, I take on an empty stomach often. I recommend this product. I have been taking it for just under two years now. Very important for heart health as most people are magnesium deficient.
