You can't. "NOTE :The Wolf2 is a static Red Circle Dot Reticle, featuring a Red 3 MOA dot and a 64 MOA Red Circle. The reticle cannot be changed."

Q: What plate should I get for a beretta apx a1 full size?

It is RMR pattern. Works pretty well for astigmatism. It is a little busy for the eye. A single dot like the Cat Pro may be easier to deal with for astigmatism.

Q: What adapter plate will I need to install this optic on a p365x Marco?

The Sig 365 variants not designed for the rmr footprint because the optics are too large. It will hang over the side way too much and not look good. You need the holosun k series, or I believe it's called the rmsc footprint. Cyelee dot designed for the 365 is the Cat or the Cat Pro
