This is the best oil for frying omelettes or tortillas.

I really enjoyed the Nanak Desi Ghee, clarified butter. Fantastic on my Naan. It is great for a butter substitute spread and works better for high heat cooking as it does not burn as easily because the milk solids are removed. I like this enough and the price is right so it is on my subscribe & save.

I found Nanak Ghee perfectly fine and very reasonably priced. As to the details of whether the cows were grass fed or not I can't say but as far as taste and texture its a bit more granular then some of the more expensive US made organic brands which was a nice change of pace. Perhaps the only negative is that it comes in a plastic container instead of glass which is only a negative because ten sources on the internet told me it is so of course I believe it. But seriously, good product, fast delivery and if you are trying to save a few bucks a good choice.

Very disappointed! The product arrived with 2 months till expiration. It is not used in great amount and with such a short time till expiration it will not all get used. Being a food item, it is not eligible for return.
