North Carolina Tar Heels Youth Cap Officially Licensed NCAA Authentic Replica Baseball/Football Hat

The picture used to show the hat has a flat bill which is what I was expecting. No pictures show he back of the hat but most flat bill style ball caps have "snap buttons" or "flex fit" which is also what I was expecting. The hat I received had neither. It is a hard curve bill with velcro in the back. It is a solid, well made hat...just not what is advertised.
