Q: Can these be used to build furniture using 3/4" hardwood plywood? Or will the increasing thickness crack the wood?

I love these nails. I usually pre drill the attaching piece to 1/8 in. Haven’t split any wood that way. I use them for everything in my cabin. Gives everything that rustic look. They look super cool!
