I got this flat iron mainly for my travel. I travel a lot and often to countries voltage different than the US 110V. So this flat iron has dual-voltage capability, 110V-220V, which means I do not have to use a voltage converter with it, just a plug adapter. This is huge for me as I have fried curling irons in other countries in my past. And although I have a voltage converter now, it is always more convenient to just plug a tool in and use it.This flat iron is really well designed and has a few useful features as well as a couple of safety features. I like the fact that it does not have exposed heated metal parts as in old-fashioned curling irons that are so easy to get burns from (have had many in my life). I like the fact that it has cool air flowing through it while in use, which prevents the tool from getting really hot on the outside and uncomfortable to use. I also like the safety automatic shut-off feature. Although the product description says it automatically shuts off after 60 minutes, the manual accompanying the tool says it is after 30 minutes. One way or the other, it is quite helpful in case I left it on.I have straight hair. So I do not need this tool for straightening capability. However, I do use a curling iron on my hair regularly. So this tool will be very useful for me, especially when I am traveling. It is also very compact and would not take much room in my luggage. Overall, this is a very well-made and useful flat iron.

I loved the way this iron curled and straightened my hair. But, only after a handful of times it broke. It will not turn on.

This fat iron is actually really nice. Once you turn it on it starts to heat and a few seconds later the fan turns on. The power button is sits low on the handle so it's not accidentally pressed. I will say there is a slight gap between the plates on the iron. So depending on the amout of hair you put in the iron at one time your hair isnt touching the plates on both sides. Which is good since there is the fan cooling feature. I will also mention that you can't turn off the fan. So it will be in for the duration of the power. Being able to turn it off would be nice but not a deal breaker.

This flat iron both straightens or curls your hair, and it does both of these things well. The other feature that I love on this iron is that it has a air cooling system where air flows through the holes on the iron. The iron doesn't feel hot against your ears, forehead or scalp. It stays cool so that you can grip it by hand from the end for better leverage in curling your hair. There are several temperature settings and these are easy to adjust. I use a hotter temperature to straighten my hair and a cooler temperature to curl it. This would be excellent for travel since you've got a multi tool to work with and it will take up less space than a curling iron and a separate flat iron. I'm very happy with this iron.

This is so handy for travel and I love that it curls and straightens. It works well and I am very pleased with it.

Other than the product turning on and heating up, it just didn't really work as it was intended. I tried on three different hair styles. But the straightener aspect didn't really work because it is too loose on the hair and not enough pressure. And it didn't really curl either other than the tips of the hair. The product circumference is too big around to make anything but very loose curls.

I was excited to try this because I've been looking at a similar product for a while now. It's easy to use and heats up quickly. I like that the outside doesn't get super hot when you're working with it to curl your hair. I have long hair, so I had to practice with it turned off to get the hand of it since the barrel is shorter than my other hot tools, but it was easy enough to figure out.

I love that this styler can be used for curling and straightening my thick, unruly hair. I have used it for both and love the results. It works just as well as the name brand one that I have. The styler feels very well-made and high quality, not cheap at all. I chose the green color for its unique look, and love how it looks.
