AramithPhenolic Billiard Ball Care

I was skeptical after speaking with a local shop, but the product works well. I bought a house that came with the pool table. The balls were left too, and when I inspected them, I realized why, they were all yellow and covered with chalk marks and looked like they were ready for the trash. I was told this product would clean the balls up but not take the yellow out. Not true. The yellow came out with this product and look new. I used a method I read in another review cleaning them by putting the balls in a plastic bag with some of the product and rubbing them. It worked good. I followed up with micro fiber clothes. It took a while, but worth it with the results. I suspect I will need the restorer when they start to yellow again, which I am told is normal with aramith balls. Otherwise I will use the cleaner to keep them looking good. I needed a new cue ball, but this cleaner did the job for the other balls.

We used this product for the first time, and it did a decent job, but the balls weren't super shiny. And the cloth is very small, so I'm not sure how long it will last.

Worked as advertised. Cleans pool balls quite successfully. Better and easier than using rubbing or polishing compound. Highly recommended. Seems to be one of the industry standards.

Wow, this product is amazing. The balls look so new. I recommend using 3 microfiber towels (not included). First do the Restore, then followup with Cleaner. Use the 3rd towel to buff out and remove the cleaner haze.It's been over 10 years since I've washed my billiard balls. Highly recommend.I am attaching the

This is by far the best billiard ball cleaner I have ever used. I wish I had taken a before photo so you could see the difference. The balls were so hazy, you could barely make out the colors. With about 1 hours labor and the Aramith Ball Restorer, they look like new again. No excessive rubbing or extreme force required, just apply the cleaner and work it around with a microfiber cloth. I'm sure now that I have given the balls a good cleaning, they will be very easy to maintain.

It works fine just too expensive

I purchased only the ball restorer since the description says it cleans as well as restores. I had my own microfiber cloths at home so everything cost me just under $12. In the past I've washed the balls in cold water by soaking for 10 minutes then rubbing them dry, and it was always a lot of work for so-so results. The other day I wasn't thinking and soaked them in hot water. They appeared to be ruined so I searched to see if there was a fix and read about billiard ball restorer. Each ball took only about five minutes and they look good as new. A bonus - product arrived in a day and half.
