I learned about this product from Barbara O’Neill. This product has helped immensely with my constipation. I would be backed up for days at a time. Since taking this product 3x a day I now have been going at least twice a day. This has been the best product I’ve ever used for constipation. I followed the instructions and reaped the benefits. I absolutely love this product and when it runs out, I will be buying another. This product is worth the money. I also like it better cold. When it’s warm or room temp it kinda taste like a hint of cough syrup but sweet. When it’s been in the refrigerator it’s just way easier to get down and taste better.

I was prescribed Prilosec for over 10 years for heartburn. My doctor told me to get off of them because of bad side effects with long term use. I tried a few times and the heart burn was horrible after a few days, so I would continue using it. I decided to go natural and after researching, slippery elm came up several times. I started taking a full dropperful at night with water. This is while still taking Prilosec. I stopped the Prilosec after 1 week and the heartburn was dramatically less! I continued taking it nightly for at least a month and now take it occasionally. I have been off Prilosec for over 5 months now!

Love slippery elm for tummy issues. It’s the best remedy. The taste of this is meh. I’ll stick to the capsules.

This doesn’t smell the best but is definitely tolerable mixed well with a glass of water. My husband has diverticulitis and this has saved him from having multiple flare ups! It helps keep that digestive system flowing without upsetting your stomach. We buy the bigger size and is a better price than our local health food market.

I would give this a 10! This product tastes great if you like maple syrup, and of course most importantly, it really works! I take it directly in my mouth then drink water to wash it all down. Fantastic product that I will likely be a lifetime consumer of. I originally bought it to test for my Granddaughter. She will love it! Try it. You won’t be disappointed.
