2 out of 6 jars arrived smashed! But 'not eligible for return' and no way of requesting a refund.

not authentic ''arrabiata''
I ordered this as it's organic and it makes a favourite quick supper with a pack of prawns; so very disappointed to find odd ingredients - allsorts are included - they may be organic but do not really belong. Tamari, not needed as sea salt is added, carrots, and rice flour as a thickener/filler, different herbs when it only needs parsley- which is omitted and then cayenne pepper rather than the normal red chilli flakes.This all gives a tangy sauce - not in a nice way, that's a bit gloopy rather than a tomato chilli sauce which its meant to be. I must read the label, on this occasion I now have 5 jars that don't tempt me to use .UPDATE aug 21 - my jars say 'new recipe' in a little circle on bottom right of label - dated 2023 on lid; however the pictures show 'ingredients' for a classic Arrabbiata, so no idea which you will get.
