Luxury Mid-Rise Mattress

Great product. I bought because other reviews raved about their customer service. I bought it because of that alone. Used twice with great reviews!

This is a great mattress for the price. It’s very easy to get it set up and take down. The built in air pump works extremely fast at both filling and deflating the mattress. We are talking minutes to have your mattress fully filled. Just remember that the mattress will stretch a little therefor you have to add just a little more air if you want a hard feel to your bed. It was easy to find sheets to fit it and even a mattress cover to add some extra fluffiness. The one things I like the most about the mattress is the fact that it doesn’t make a lot of noise when your getting on and off the mattress like most other mattresses do. It is covered in a felt like material which help the sheets stay in place better. After using it several times I have had no troubles with it leaking air at all and I only have to add air at the first fill now that my mattress has stretched some. I also like that the height of the mattress is taller than your usual mattress. At an older age it gets hard to get down and back up from a mattress that feels like you almost laying on the ground. I definitely recommend this mattress. It is a little more then others but it’s worth it. I ordered it because I needed it over night and next day shipping, but I’m very happy with my purchase. This mattress is almost as comfortable as my regular mattress and box spring bed.

I bought this last year when moving to a new state because my regular mattress was packed up and wouldn't arrive to my new home for a few days. I was shocked at how comfortable it is for an air mattress. This is the only air mattress I have ever gotten a good night's sleep on. I highly recommend it. I even had a guest sleep on it a few months ago and they also commented on how comfortable it is. The only thing I didn't like is how the head of the bed is slightly raised but I just flipped it around the other way and it solved the problem.

Very High quality air mattress that stays inflated all night. It can be used as a daily sleeper. You will have to add about 10-15 seconds of air after a couple of nights but it holds up.

I never write reviews, but I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I purchased this air mattress back in July. Everything was great for about two months. I aired out the mattress and inflated it several times before sleeping on it. It took some time to get used to the lumpy coil sections, but eventually, it became somewhat comfortable. Then, for no reason, one of the coiled sections ruptured (the first picture). The mattress comes with a one-year warranty. So I called customer service. It took some time to get a hold of them, but they eventually shipped out a replacement mattress. I received the new mattress about a week later. When I opened the box, I noticed the mattress was different; it was much smaller than the one I had purchased. I decided to keep the new mattress because I didn't want to wait for another and go through the hassle of calling customer service. Again, I aired out the mattress and inflated it over the next few days. A month and a half later, the same thing happens again (the last two pictures). The coil ruptures in almost the same spot again. I called customer support again, but this time, no one answered; I got a generic answering machine to leave a message. If called within business hours (eastern time), I would receive a call back within an hour. Three messages, multiple calls, and one email over the last two days, and NOTHING! This is the WORST customer service ever. I originally would have been satisfied with another replacement mattress, but now I want a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Easy to use. Guests slept well for 2 nights. Easy to take down and store. Nice storage bag as well.

I love how easy it is to inflate. It's a good height and length. I may have overinflated because it hurt my back upon lying down. It's for a guest, so we'll see what they think. I am adding a double folded fleece comforter under the sheet for extra cushion. It was a bit difficult locating the correct size of sheets. I wish appropriate sheet suggestions came up for that airbed. I think this would encourage sales by reducing research time for proper fitting sheets for this airbed.

Great value, very comfortable! Effortless to inflate and deflate - a very nice surprise. Slept on it for four months - very happy with it. Much more comfortable and user friendly than I imagined it would be. Excellent quality in every way. I expect it to last a long time. I have used other air mattresses - hated them, they were so cheap that they started leaking after about 5 weeks.

Si está más cómodo que otros colchones se siente más firme, sin embargo a la semana de usarlo en un costado metido entre las costuras empezó a perder aire y a la otra semana otro daño igual en el lado opuesto pero en la misma zona( en espejo) por lo que concluyo que es defecto de fábrica, trae un “parche para reparar” el cual es un chiste, se despega solo a la hora de aplicarlo. No vuelvo a comprar esta marca. El colchón de aire mas caro que he vomitado y el que menos me ha durado.

Defekt! Angeschlossen und nach ein paar Sekunden aufpumpen wars das schon. Riecht verbrannt und schwarzer Rauch kam aus der Matratze!

The product is only sold with US plug that seems to contravene the UK regulations. This should not have been shipped/sold to me as it was unusable

Why on earth would you sell a "US Voltage Only" powered air mattress on amazon.co.UK and only put the information that it is 110v in the small print of the description?
