Easy to use
I bought this for my daughter who is learning soccer. These are so easy to out together and out away. Even my son uses them for simple football exercises. This product is very helpful in helping someone train for soccer or any sport honestly.

Poor quality but does the job short term
Poorly made but does the job for a couple of sessions. Not really all that portable. Quality is really bad and doesn't stand up to other agility sticks I've used in the past

Study materials. Bag can carry everything in it. Looks great.

Not a good quality
Not well made, the agility poles split and had to taped to hold, the jump rope came apart when first tried and required repair. I could not return because I used it.
