3.5 mm Stereo to 2 x Female RCA

Solid piece of audio kit, I was concerned about a weak link in the signal but this is an excellent connector

I’ve got a great stereo that relies on a good adapter for enjoying music streaming services as well as everyday TV and DVD viewing. After going through a number of adapters that eventually would fail in one way or another I knew I’d finally found the answer as soon as I plugged this one in. I use a number of Audioquest cables in my system and have always found them an excellent value. Problem solved!

This adapter is more expensive than the competition but the sound quality and build quality make it worth it.

I honestly wasn't expecting this adapter to be that much better than other cheaper adapters. I use it with my hugo 2 and I've been through a plethora of adapters that unless it was inserted just right couldn't maintain a stable connection. A tap on the table would interrupt the connection and, primarily, my orange tabby would touch the adapters while I'm in the middle of a session and cut the sound out. Not with this one. It gives a nice sturdy connection. The build quality is very good too. It feels solid and it doesn't flex when you squeeze it. It also delivers better sound than what I've gotten with other adapters. You'll see why it costs a little more than other adapters but it's worth the extra money over the cheap ones.

It is good and not any movement, to be honest, I cannot listen to any significant difference for the adapter.

I use a Pyle Pro audio amp and speakers for my TV output. The old TV used RCA jacks for the audio output. The new TV has a mini output jack so I needed something to adapt the mini output on the back of the new TV to the RCA plugs/cables that go to my amp. This product fit the bill perfectly. Since it's a one piece molded adapter with no wires, there is no additional wiring clutter added to the back of the TV. Plug the RCA plug cables into this adapter, plug the adapter into the back of the TV and all is well.

a seemingly simple connector, but this one is really good. this audioquest adapter takes rca cables and reduces them to a mini plug. i have had similar connectors from radio shack, but they don't compare to the superior build of this simple apparatus. i use mine to connect my turntable pre-amp to a zvox 315 tv/stereo speaker box. i can't discern any sound quality loss compared to a straight rca-to-rca connection. this plug has gold plating and a bullet proof hard plastic housing-it should last a lifetime.if you have a similar connection situation, rest assured that the audioquest 3.5mm to rca adapter will fill your need nicely. 5 stars.

Glad I found this quality product. I recently upgraded to a new and improved pair of powered speakers for my turntable and was disappointed to realize that the input is only via 3.5 mm jack and not RCA. In comes this product to the rescue. I already had quality RCA cable so all I needed was this. The sound was just as amazing.
