This is a special Caldero used in Puerto Rican cultures for making white rice and among other dishes. Love it and the size is just right for me.

This caldero is massive like “invite the whole neighborhood” big. It’s sturdy, cooks like a champ, and somehow still easy to clean, even after my "accidental burnt rice experiment." Sure, the metal’s not as thick as I was hoping for, but for the price? It’s a flavorful bargain. Just don’t try to deep-fry a whole cow in it.
