This cream smells like lavender. It has a consistency of body butter, and you don't need much to get effects. I applies and spreads across skin easily. It definitely works and provides effective symptom relief for about 4 hours. My teenager struggles with symptoms and says that this definitely makes things better in the moment. That said, use throughout the month didn't seem to prevent symptoms from happening. It is very expensive but should last a while also. We're satisfied with it.
