I first want to start off by saying that this is a very lovely product and phenomenal for the price! I have wanted one for some time, and finally splurged to getting one. I picked out the greenish color and its very attractive in my opinion. I love the size, the matte soft outer finish and how easy it is to use this device. Along with the easy informative directions that come with it. Everything came packaged nicely and it charged up very fast. I did use it but did not feel confident in showing my outcome but it works wonders. The suction is strong so just be careful when using this device or you could be left with some bruising for a while to a day. I love that with the camera or video function it gives you a warning to not stay to long in one area because of that reason!! The camera is excellent quality and I definitely highly reccomend this product. If you are thinking about purchasing this or splurging, do it!! Its worth it!!

Works as advertised. The app and the instructions on how to setup the app are very poor, almost wrong instructions. There is no support and that's why I subtracted a star. But, once you figure out how to connect it is works as advertised. Now, the camera magnification is too big (too close) so while you may think this is good it is in fact somewhat useless. After the initial use of the camera I stopped using the camera and now I just have a "path" a routine I use it for and it does the job very well. Also, trying to use the camera makes you hold still in a spot for too long thinking you can get a stubborn head out, that would be a mistake. You need to keep moving it. Like others have mentioned, Do Not keep the suction in a place too long you will regret it, but the bruise from the suction goes away quickly.

Update:I bought this again after breaking the good tips that came with the first one I bought and trying several other identical designs, but under different brand names and a few different designs and styles as well. I broke all of them and they also all had lag issues aside from this brand making them really difficult to use. I use an android phone so that may not be an issue for the iPhone owners out there. In total I've had 8 of these vacuum camera things. This one was the first one I had ever bought and it turned out to be the best functionally after going through so many of these. So despite the concerns I had with app I decided to just get this again. They use a new app now and it's much better than the original one and a little less fishy, but I'm still a bit paranoid about it. The battery life also seems to be better so I think they started using different batteries. I'm pretty happy with the improvements they made. I still have reservations about apps and I really wish someone would make one of these that has it's own screen instead of having to connect to a phone. I have an otoscope like that for cleaning my ears and I think that is the way these things should be made. The probe end of the otoscope just plugs in to the screen that came with it so no app is necessary and the crappy, fishy, laggy apps wouldn't be a concern at all and the battery life can be longer since there's more room to put something bigger in there. Check out the Anykit or ScopeAround Otoscope Ear Camera with 4.5" IPS Screen to see what I mean. Having a vacuum tool like this that can just plug into the screen like the otoscope would be fantastic.Pros: The price was really low for what it is, the camera picture quality is good, the suction is strong, battery life was okay, and tips are pretty good and sturdy (I had others where the tips cracked and became useless)Cons: The app asks for strange permissions and even tries to connect you to a VPN for some reason. The shape and button placement is annoying. Maybe some people like taking a bunch of pictures and videos of gunk getting sucked out of their face, but not me and the button gets pushed a lot by accident because of it's placement. I had go through and deleted a bunch of gross pictures and videos frequently. Also the power can get turned off by accident because of the button placement as well. The video can lag sometimes whish is also annoying. If it's on and you plug it in to charge it while using it it will shut down. The last issue is the thing just broke.So yeah, this thing is Chinese crap that's probably stealing info. The permissions it asks for, the trying to connect to a VPN, and the low price paints a fishy picture. These things should really be wired not wirelessly connected and have barebone apps that don't ask for a bunch of permissions.I want a new one ( different brand), but I'm now very paranoid of security issues since owning this one. Each brand has it's own app so who is checking them all for security risks? No one..

I expected this Product to really help my skin . Instead it was hard to see though the lens , and the product had difficult and minimal instructions . It was not easy to use.

Okay so I know this isn’t it’s intended use, but I used this today to remove a little crumb of glass that I had gotten in my foot. It was so small that I couldn’t grab it with tweezers or see the end of it, but then I realized I had this machine that might help! It helped me see the end of the glass, and figure out which direction to try to get it out. Eventually I sucked it right out! I’m freaking ecstatic at the possibility of being able to use this to remove splinters and things in the future.I bought it for blackheads, and it deals with those really well too. All in all I’m very happy with this product!
