I have taken to using these castor oil packs on the regular. I have Crohn's disease and very volatile digestion. Someone told me that these actually help regulate digestion and can clear up the rather embarassing symptoms of my disease. They were right and I'm so relieved. I like this pack in particular because it's thicker than many others, and very soft. The thickness helps the castor oil not soak through to the outside and get all over my sheets and shirt. I also like the velcro style belt, except if I don't get the straps lined up the velcro can be irritating to my skin and it's easy to get it too tight. It's also easy to adjust so there's that. I think the velcro would be better for people with issues like arthritis in their hands than the kind with the button, though, so I'm not complaining. It's just something to consider.

I recently started doing castor oil wraps per my doctor's recommendation and really happy that I received these two wraps that are perfect for the liver and thyroid. The flannel is super soft and feels great against my skin. The pack stays in place and is also very easy to wash. The quality is very good, so I think these wraps will be good for multiple uses. This is so easy to use, the velcro makes it easier for my Mom to put it on and off by herself. They are very easy to wash and they are well made; the outside zipper on the waist wrap make it very useful when she needs to ass heat or cold to ease her pain. Overall very happy with the product.

I like that this is a 2 pack for both the waist and neck. I got this for the health benefits for detoxing the liver and overall healthier body. I had been seeing and hearing so much about the great benefits that a castor oil pack can do, and I am excited to try it out for myself.Machine washable which makes it easy to wash. These are pretty and functional. The fabric feels good on the skin and helps absorb my castor oil. The bands are adjustable and I like that the neck has velcro so I can fit it tighter or looser depending on my mood. Washes well in cold water and I hang to dry. Overall very good.
