Stays cold longer than some other soft ice packs I've had, though this is quite bulky. Also the velcro needs a redesign because it catches on everything. Definitely not as smooth and form fitting as the listing shows

I cut my hand and needed something to immobilize it so it would heal properly. There are very few options long enough to keep your fingers straight, so I bought Arctic Flex's ice pack wrap, even though I didn't need the ice pack aspect of it. It was incredibly helpful, a well-made wrap, and will keep it around in case I ever need to ice my wrist.

It is easy to use but doesn’t stay cold very long. Haven’t tried heat yet.

My son recently fractured 2 fingers. The doc recommended icing at night. This is perfect! The inside has a soft lining which makes it more comfortable and dry, the outside has adjustable straps to hold it in place. The straps are great for a 14 year old who kept moving his hand when we were just using an ice pack. The entire pack is flexible too! Highly recommend!

Mine sprang a leak, even though I thought I was being careful in the microwave. Any ideas on how to fix it?
