This is fabulous stuff! My partner fell at work and the bruising was horrible! His arm and hip were almost totally black! We rubbed this on and could instantly see an improvement. By morning it was almost totally gone!

Recommended to me by a Nurse. This helps to reduce the bruising.Dog knocked me out of the door in excitement. I hit a step and the screen door. I had bruising all down one leg and both arms, so dark it was almost black. I used the Arnica twice a day. Put it on and rub a bit, not all the way into the skin, let it dry. On the 2nd day; I could see the marks start to lighten and each day it got lighter.The smell is soft and it goes away as soon as it is dry.

It doesn't have the menthol smell. It's a soft gel like jello consistency doesn't stay on the skin. Great to apply and it dries fast I am 77 years old and the skin bruises

I have a lot of bruising and purchased this because it was supposed to quickly reduce the brusing. I have used it on my arms for over a week, twice a day, and my bruising has not gone away. I normally use Vitamin E cream which removes the bruises in about two days. This stuff is very expensive and does not work. Buy Vitamin E cream instead and save yourself a lot of money plus get something that actually works.
