I followed the instructions exactly as directed, and it only covered about 10% of my gray. I washed my hair the night before, and didn't put any products in my hair. Then the next day I mixed the color and developer at the stated ratio, left it on my hair for 45 minutes as directed for my hair, and was so disappointed when my hair dried, to see all the gray. It didn't appear to damage my hair, but if it doesn't cover the gray then unfortunately I must move on. My usual results at the salon have always been complete coverage with no additional time needed.

I was disappointed in the ratio mixing it.it would be ok for roots only. One tube did not cover my shoulder length hair. I focused it on my ends to tone down faded lighter hair. It is ok. Smells like the other zoto hair dye. I saw Sylvia ellebangs on YouTube recommend it and gave it a try. I will try another shade.

I love the consistency of the color. Great product doesn’t burn or smell much.

Smells better than the typical Sally’s hair dye and seems less harmful, but then had a ton of hair fall out after the first use! My hair was also much worse health wise, whereas it’s normally feeling silkier and Healthier after coloring. Would not recommend.
