This is a very large board but I don’t like it on my stove so I tried it on my sink it fit perfect but it still needs to be black for me to want it but I’d say if you like the color it’s perfect

I've only had it a couple weeks, but i'm using it every day.First, it's large enough you can prep multiple veggies on it at once.Second, the groove around the outside also includes a collection pool area... I LOVE this. (Why did I have to search so long to find one with a pooling area?!?) I put a 15 lb prime rib on it to carve, and for the first time ever with one that size, I didn't have major cleanup on the counter as well.I honestly use my smaller boards ON this one sometimes. That way it's easier to clean, but if anything falls off the smaller board, it's still retrievable and useable, unlike coming off the kitchen counter.The only downside is washing it. It's so big it doesn't fit in my sink. I'm a 6'4" guy, but I could see a smaller person really having difficulty moving it and cleaning it in the sink, even with a big enough sink.But jeez, it's a real wood cutting board, and not small. You need to expect it to have some heft!Great product. Glad I found it.

It's made of renewable, sustainable materials with a nice functional design.

Beautiful wood and well constructed. Solid wood and there for it is on the heavy side. I bought it for my camper.

When this arrived I took it out of the box and set it aside until I had time to oil the board. Before I got around to oiling the piece I threw out the box it came in. When I finally got to the oiling I saw the wide crack that runs the full length. In the pictures, you can see the light from the back coming through. This is a wide crack. I can't tell if glue was used to join the boards, I certainly don't see any biscuits or dowels to provide strength.Looking at the other reviews it seems like this is a common issue. Had I saved the box I would have returned this defective cutting board. It is a shame, I like the color of the bamboo and the contrast with the lighter end pieces. The size is just what I need but I will probably find a silicone sheet to cover it so that food waste does not infiltrate the chasm between the boards.If looking for a board this size I would keep looking for one that is built more soundly.

I received this item, I opened the package and the item was cracked down the middle. It seems others have had this issue as well.

This thing is very big and that’s exactly why I wanted it. However, the one that I received had 4 blemishes and a crack already. I’m calling the front the side with the draining grooves. The back side had to bad places too. Not going to return-really too big to even imagine that but was too expensive for the piece that I received. Need some better quality control in shipping department. The crack and one blemish were under the label but all the rest could be seen just looking at it.

I bought this because I was looking to increase my counter space. I use the board when I’m not using my stove. It fits perfectly right in top. And when I do want to use the stove I simply take it off. Great quality and a nice weight. Not too heavy but not flimsy. I’m very happy with my purchase!
