SCP Foundation Rookie Handbook: 1
F**Z
It's like a notebook with the intention of the owner writing about monsters.
It's a notebook in the theme of SCP.

Not what I was hoping for
This book is frankly pretty thin gruel. Although the table of contents boasts 14 chapters of rookie information those chapters are squeezed into only 36 pages. So some "chapters" are a single page long. After that are a few pages of sample log reports, which appear to outline what is needed for an official report of various types in the SCP universe. Then it switches gears abruptly to a book of Field Reports, for about the last 200 pages. Nothing to do with a Rookie Handbook at all.And most puzzling, the SCPs that are identified and outlined in the Field Reports frequently do not correspond to any SCPs in the source material I can find. For example SCP-1957 on the SCP Foundation site is a collection of weird soaps. Yet this book has a SCP-1957 listing that is a "never empty bottle." The book has an SCP-2199 that is a "mind leech" but the site's SCP-2199 is a camel with a weird hump. I also found a few which DO match up with the site, so I really am loss on what is going on in these pages.I am disappointed that it deviates from the shared universe of the source material, and gives such a thin section on the rookie handbook it purports to be.
