Attention to detail
This cookbook really could not be any better. The need for this type of diet is established in the intro. The recipes start with vivid photos of the food. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. There is a variety of taste foods in here, and each recipe include nutritional information. I strongly recommend this cookbook.

Great recipes
This book has great easy simple recipes. Includes a meal plan for 10 weeks, which i think would be perfect for meal prepping.different meals to eat throughout for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is awesome plus includes interactive bonuses. This is a great book for people with fatty liver issues and/or anybody looking for a great cookbook. Easy simple recipes

Nice cookbook
The media could not be loaded. She lists not only the calorie count of each dish, but also it’s macros seperately (eg fat in grams, which is an important marker if you have fatty liver disease. I like that pictures to the dishes are avaiable in full colour through scanning a QR code - I mean, Once you’ve seen what a dish is supposed to look like Once THATS enough, right AND it keeps the book more affordable by not printing full colour photos - kudos to the author for originality.

QR code needs to be scanned for photo's, there are none in the book. There are diet plans and lots of recipes in the book, but I need an image with a recipe rather than having to download it separately. Not for me, sorry.

An aid for fatty liver
My doctor diagnosed me with fatty liver but gave me no details about nutrition and I decided to buy this book. There are many delicious and nutritious recipes that are introducing me to a healthy lifestyle and also helping me to lose weight. In addition, I found the seven-day detoxification plan very useful, it is not rigid and fits easily into my lifestyle. The juicing recipes are very interesting and I can't wait to try them all.
