Proxxon24255 Machine Vise steel 60 mm / 2 23/64"

This vise is perfect.I have a 6040 cnc and the precision vise I was using was ~70mm tall , leaving very little room in the 100mm Z-axis max.The Proxxon is only about 38mm and the including mounting hardware fit the T-slots on the 6040.It's not a locking vise, but it doesn't "kick" and it's the shortest I could find with that jaw opening...

The vise is of high quality and precision.The only reason why I didn't rate it with 5 stars: it is delivered with cap screws which are too long to fit on the Proxxon compound table. I had to buy socket cap screws M6 x 16 mm. For the price I think they could have included cap screws of different lengths.

Morsa di precisione come da descrizione ottima,però la pensavo più grande.

Sieht auf den ersten Blick gut verarbeitet aus, aber wenn man diesen Schraubstock auf den PROXXON - Kreuztisch spannen will, stellt sich raus, dass die mitgelieferten Innensechskantschrauben 2-3 mm zu lang sind.Also neue Schrauben M 6 x 20 besorgt und das ganze nochmal versucht, passtJetzt stellt sich heraus, dass die Verschraubung, die die verschiebliche Klemmbacke in der Führung halten soll, unter der Unterkante des Schraubstocks hervorragt. Echt Hervorragend !!Hier hilft eine ganz normale M6 Mutter, verbaut wurde aber eine dickere Mutter. Warum wurde das nicht mal beim Hersteller getestet?

Étant du métier je recherchais un petit étau rigide pour équiper ma proxxon mf70 très bon étau compatible pour la MF70 belle boîte en bois très peu de jeu dans le mors mobile, de plus possibilité de faire des mors de forme etc pour les montés dans l'étau, je met cependant 4 étoiles car il n'est pas possible de le monter à l'horizontal sur la table de la fraiseuse et de plus les lardons sont me semble pas très adapté pour du fraisage (simple carré et non des lardons épaulé) après sa reste du micro fraisage pour mon utilité à voir à l'usage vis de serrage M6. A la verticale cependant il passe finou en fin de course Y donc attention.

Spedizione veloce , prodotto all'altezza della descrizione. Sono veramente soddisfatto.

Der Schraubstock läßt sich nicht an dem Kreuztisch FF230 befestigen dadie Schrauben zu lang sind. Da hätte ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet!!!
