My daughter loves the bag so much. There are so many pockets, and it makes life easier for her.

My daughter loved this bag lasted her the full year of school. However beware the rubber parts of the zip fasteners detach from the metal runner parts as the metal holder is not fully closed. Setting this minor defect aside it’s a great quality bag and the perfect size for 8 year old to hold her pack lunch plus her cardy and summer coat, aswell as all her treasures. To the manufacturer, sort those zips out!

Not as described. Cute bag and daughter loves it, but it came without the refrigerator pocket which was a big part of its appeal. Disappointing.
