Cochlear Implant Headbands Hearing Aids Headband

I’m a bilateral cochlear implant patient and play a lot of tennis. Implants can’t get wet and if they do they stop working. This great headband keeps the processor dry. A little tricky until you figure out that you put on the processor on your ear and connect the magnet. Then put headband on over the magnet making sure the elastic is aligned with the magnet. Then slip the processor off your ear and slip it under the elastic. Then you can put on a hat or visor and your set to go.

Needs a bigger piece of elastic. Hard to get battery on there.

I really loved the fact it’s not the reversible thing I thought it was! It’s two different colors!!! Very well made! Perfect fit for a small adult and a medium size child! Stretches nicely without pain!!! Sturdy holders!

The thickness of the band adds to the problem as well. I put it around the back of a chair to stretch for 2- weeks, took off and still too tight. It will cause you to develop a headache in 30 minutes. Seems like they should be made differently and not use a yarn so thick. The thinner bands are best just make the area around the elastic holder more durable. So pay attention to the band, use the magnify to see the band up close it's tightly woven like a thick sock. I missed seeing this in picture and this important. You get 2 bands, color pastel and not dark, packaged nicely and carefully but you end up not using unless for a doll's head where you don't have to stretch and pull. Disappointed when received, so forget these and go back to the elastic strap holder, which you have to fool with too much.
