At first after I changed it I had some challenges but after I figured it out I enjoy using it. It has great stimulation that will activate and help with muscle growth. I am able to wear ot with my hoola hoop for maximum result.

belt with different electrical intensities, it has worked very well for me to work my front abdominal part, facial part to use and its material is of good quality.

Would like to have better information on how to use the belt. What do the different modes do. I thought it would stimulate not just the middle of my abs but the sides also. The extenders for the belt is nice since I’m starting out with a larger waistline.

Great for exercising from home while doing stuff, works amazing and comes separately for arms and abs with a device for each and a charger to charge the 3 at the same time! Feels good while using it

The media could not be loaded.  It was my first time ordering a product like this. This product is powerful. Without being painful. You can definitely feel the pulsing in your abs but it’s not very painful after.

Cheap and not big enough for large people

I thought this would be a good way to work toward getting some muscles going as I have none. I know that abdominal muscles are important for your core and your back, which mine is not great being middle aged. This is not painful, it’s like using a TENS unit if you know what that feels like. I’ll only ever be able to use one part at a time because this only ones with one extender. The instructions are not very helpful, so I had to take a star for that and the lack of additional extenders. It comes with three bands, two for smaller areas like your arms, and one for your larger areas like your abdominals, and three of the “remotes,” but that’s not really what they are. The remotes are snapped onto the bands and this is what supplies the electricity. The remotes are charged through a USB plug that charges all three at the same time, but no plug is included. Through trail and error, I found you need to have moist to wet skin to get this to work. I don’t have a six pack of abs yet, and likely never will, but I hope with continued usage longer than I am at I can at least strengthen the little muscle I do have to improve my back, my main goal.
