These are very cool whips. The springs built in and the quick release mounts are fantastic. Ball bearings lock the whip and keep them from rotating. There are limitless combinations of light shows and patterns. A dozen built in that you can customize. Lots of fun! They seem very will built. Installation was moderate and if I had any complaint, the cables for the whips were too short, but I was able to make them work in my small RZR. All in all, that are worth the price and am very pleased with them.

We installed this on my GX 460 to use as a chase light on the trail. Install was ok if you know how to do wiring. The remote works easily. The lights are very bright. There seem to be an infinite number of modes! The quick disconnect works well. And I like that the "flag mounts' are removable, so the entire whip is lit. I downloaded the app, but didn't work as easy as the remote. (I'm sure I could mess with it more and figure it out, but the RF remote is so easy to use). Great price, and seems to work better than other "Chinese specials". I'm not sure what to do with the US flag it came with: feels weird to fly US flag printed in china, but feels weird to just throw it away too. It's folded away in a drawer right now.

I’m going to write a full review after I finish mounting them to my vehicle but I’m really impressed with how well they work, both using the remote control or the App. So far every function is working great. It would be nice to have some sort of information on the remote control and even the App but as screwed up as the installation instructions were, I would really hate to see how bastardized the instructions would be for using the remote or App. Probably far more difficult and complicated just trying to decipher the Chinese to English translation. Anyone that is blind, deaf and having no sensory touch in your body would still make it easier than trying to understand how to operate the remote control or the application via instructions from the manufacturer. Haha The lights are going to take a while to figure out all that is capable with these guys. They are heavy in build quality and I love the quick disconnect system. I will have some real cool pictures and videos posted in the next few days. UPDATE: Well, I’ve had them installed now for a couple months now and I have had plenty of time to evaluate the lights, remote control and the App, plus I get to post a couple pictures and a short video of my favorite vehicle. I seem to be the only reviewer who has installed the lights on their medical mobility scooter. They do look unusual on one but I often go out at night with my 2 fur-babies and even tho my scooter has a full road lighting system I want to be seen by other vehicles sooooo a good reason for whip lights….. why not? They are bright enough to use in the day and are capable of blinding the person following, if you choose the right mode and setting. Sooooooo I guess in a way it can be an offensive weapon, of sorts. Haha I find that the power drain on my batteries (2x12v 75ah deep cycle) is negligible. For my purposes and vehicle I had more than enough wiring to complete the install and I actually had to bundle up the extra wire. Once I tossed out the useless instructions, I realized how simple the process was. For me? The process was simple BUT when I decide to utilize the left/right connections for my blinkers I will be looking at a lot more work. Especially in locating the necessary signal wires within the harness of my scooter. I would suspect that hooking it up in an ATV would be simpler than on my scooter. Removing the necessary shrouds on my scooter is not a fast task. The machine is not built for customer repairs or things like this. Even with the wiring complexity of a digitally controlled mobility scooter, anyone with a little DC voltage knowledge and a little common sense can install these. Fortunately for me I am a retired field electromechanical technician so I’m pretty good with dealing with devices like this. So far the whip lights have performed well and I have found a way to use the app to program my (saved settings). I found that the app has functions that the remote could not have so I use the app and its features to create a custom display and then I fire up the remote control and while I am playing the custom display I press and hold one of the 4 (DIY) buttons on the remote control until I see the lights quickly halt and flash white and then back to the custom display. Doing this saves the mode to the remote control. The remote will actually store the setting even after the lights are off. What erases the remote is to remove the battery for a few seconds or by storing a new design on the DIY buttons. I hope that made sense. Overall, I am very happy with these lights and would recommend them to anyone who has the ABILITY & PATIENCE and proper tools for doing this. I guess most of you guys are off-roaders and usually have to work on your vehicles, on the fly so it should be for you. Mounting was my number one priority and objective. Wiring was quick BUT one thing that I noticed about the whip lights that doesn’t effect me but may effect the off-roader on their vehicles. It’s the actual “Whip” spring!!! HOLY MOLY…… they are so stiff that I believe that they would actually flip my scooter on its back before the springs would bend. They would be way too ridged for me if I were younger and was out there jammin away so I know they would be for a lot of you, as well. Good Luck, Stay Safe and have Fun!

At a fraction of the price of the big brands, these are a great set of whips. Straight forward install on my RZR Pro XP4. Time will tell how they hold up long term.

Update: Contacted the company, they tried troubleshooting with me, but that did not fix the issue. When they figured out it was a problem with the lights, they sent me another set. No issues on my end. Amazon wanted me to pay to send the broken ones back, contacted company and it costs me nothing out of pocket. Did not even have to send the broken ones back. Great customer service! Old review: Only half of both whips light up. Tried different settings, still nothing on the top of either bar. Now Amazon wants me to pay for a box and use my gas to go ship this thing back! Not happy at all with this purchase! If seller or Amazon makes this right without a dime coming out of my pocket, I will be more than happy to change my review, but until then..I stick by what I say.

I had one of the whip lights snap at the base. I contacted customer support and they replaced both lights within days of contacting them. The lights are very bright and installation was easy. My experience with their customer support and how well the lights work I would highly recommend.
