Standard pills
Pretty standard omega fish oil pills. Came with a protective seal over the top, underneath the cap. Can't fault them. Very good as my standard diet supplement. As with most fish oil pills, note that they are enormous, and might be pretty hard to swallow for some.

Good strength, nice quality and decent price. You can't go wrong with Omega 3, especially in the winter.
