Sitting comfortably and with no pain now.
I have a slipped disc in my distal lumbar vertebrae and it can become very uncomfortable to sit for short or long periods of time. I've had sit fit for a few days now and even sitting on the floor is comfortable; it places you in the correct sitting position, takes the weight of your vertebrae and enables you to do gentle exercise (note, exercise sheet given) if you want. Really loving it.

This will be the 2nd Time I’ve purchased.Most helpful for my upper back condition. I have ankylosis spondylitis, and once you’ve managed to cope with the sitting position and exercise routine it’s been a real help for me . It seems to take the edge off any pain problematic pain.

Excellent aid for strengthening / exercising weak ankle
Following months of pain in my husbands ankle a friend suggested we buy one of these cushions. After only using the cushion for one week, there was a remarkable improvement in my husbands ankle. his ankle is almost 100% now. i just wish the consultant and physio had told us about this product months ago!

Found not suitable for office chair and my style of work
Advised to buy this by physio for work but due to the type of chair I sit on it doesn't seem to work as it should and I just get a numb bum 😕 .... cannot change my chair so waste of money for me.... I tried one at the physio's but on a hard wooden chair so worked well.... you couldn't use a chair like this in an office situation 😯 ...

Bought as part of rehab after a leg injury - standing on it aids balance and proprioception recovery. Excellent product.

Buy one of these if you drive a lot
This is my 2nd one; the last one lasted about 10 years. It takes a few days to get used to sitting on it while driving and it moves with your body but once you are comfortable you will be happy with the purchase. Sitting on this pillow allows your back/spine to make micro-movements as you are driving, reducing back discomfort associated with being in the same position for extended periods of time.I recommend the 37cm size which has one straight surface, it is slightly larger than the full round one.believe the ideaOne word of warning; these get really hot in the summer if you are not using the window shade while parking.
