Wonderful product for my French bulldog babies. The company reached out to me after I received the product to make sure that I received everything in my kit and that it was working properly. I did receive one of heat lights broken, but it since it came with extra, I wasn’t going to complain. However, since the company did reach out to me, I told them about receiving the broken light. The company offered to send me a replacement light for free and not only did I receive one replacement light, but I received four they were quick to respond and just wanted to make sure that I was happy with their product. Very pleased with the incubator and the company.

I highly recommend this incubator. I used it for my Frenchie puppies. It worked very well. The heat level is great and is very sturdy.

While I had read the reviews on this product I was a bit iffy on it but decided to take a chance. I simply could not afford the $1200 versions. Overall the piece is put together nicely and goes up quickly but has a major design flaw. There is no hole for the heating pad cable(s) to go through. I had to cut the side hole larger myself with a box knife in order to get the plug through but that still leaves the heat coil. The heating pad itself is a looser. I tested it on every level and finally just left it out. I am using a large Sunbeam instead, works better. It will fold flat when not in use, so that's a plus. We will see how it goes, pups are due in a couple of days.

The heating mat is not heating to the correct temperature. I set it on 111 and left it for about an hour with the front door closed and it shows 85.6 F. That was on a super thin blanket. If I put it on the fluffy blanket that came with it it’s even lower. I also put the thermostat directly on the heating mat and it shows 86F.So if you need to have the accurate temperature this is not for you. Very disappointing. The only reason I bought it is to have a controlled temperature setting.

The media could not be loaded. I love the incubator but the heating pad doesn’t heat up like it should. Easy to put together and will fold flat when not in use!

This is great for our little Yorkie’s to be with their babies after birth and it is amazing to use if you have an issue with your puppies. Would recommend for anyone with 15 lbs animals or less . Great for the money easy to assemble

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely great incubator. Equipped with humidity sensor and heat sensor which I connected to ink bird monitors to automatically turn the heat on and off and humidity on and off. My only issue is the fan doesn't have a constant on switch so it doesn't work well with the ink bird but it's not a deal breaker at all. Highly recommended for French bulldog puppies. I'm currently whelping a litter of 7 with no problem and I believe 10 to 12 would fit with no problem. Unit is very easy to set up and very easy to use. Puppies are doing great in this unit.
