Very pleased
This thing is great! I am blown away by my practice peice! Its has depth and I should able to burn in the lines so I can avoid extra sanding. I'm planning to burn engraving a name/date into a pine wood picture frame. The stencil is a perfect size for my project. It is a fraction of the price of stamps and it doesn't limit me to a single size numer/letter. I don't know how long the heat stick will hold up as far as quality but for a weekend hobbyist or one off project its perfect👌

Not even useful as paper weight...
I'd give zero stars if I could. If you bought this thing to sit in your closet, never to be used; then sure waste your money and buy it. But if you actually USE the thing, it will work for about 36 hours if youre lucky, then take dump on you and your ambitious soldering projects. The first iron died one me in less than 24 hours. I gave them another shot and got fooled twice. Next one broke withing 36 hours. Have 10 years of experience soldering, kinda pissed off. My last solder iron was 20 dollars and lasted me 10 years of regular use.... This new crap can't even give me a month of service before it takes its final breath, smh. I recommend Walnut Hallow irons, over this junk every second of the week.

This was a giftto my 13 year old grandson who began using it that day. Very happy with the product!

Cheap case!
Spent the extra money over other burners, the hinge on one side of case broke off as I unwrapped the dang thing, haven't even used it yet. Really wanted a good case for traveling with my stuff! frustrating

It's an OK wood burning tool
The tool itself works but it doesn't feel comfortable in the hand when doing intricate work and the storage case insert is made too cheaply to be durable, unfortunately.
