These were recommended by my physician to reduce muscle spasms. I noticed a difference after a week. I prefer gummies as opposed to pills and these tasted pleasant and were easy to chew and swallow. Good value.

I was looking for a very easy to chew and swallow vitamin. These are definitely that, but are a bit sour. It is worth it to me though as I have had some swallowing issues so I would rather it be a bit sour but easy and safe to swallow. I am happy with these vitamins.

I like these vitamins. I've been using this brand for a while now, but they recently stopped with the old flavor and texture. The grape ones were delicious and sour, and I loved them. They still seem to work alright, I just find them less pleasant to take.

I was a bit skeptical of the reviews but so far now for three days I been taking them and I’ve gone to bed early. I never go to bed early. I’m more like a night owl lol. I take two in the evening and start to feel relaxed within an hour or so. The flavor taste great and they so soft. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

This is the kind of magnesium you really want. I vary between a dose of one or two, and it helps me for multiple applications, from relaxing before bed, to muscle recovery (and lately I have been doing a lot of advanced sports activities). I take it more often than I thought I would, but magnesium is such an underrated source of wellness. Highly recommend.
