I was surprised by the reviews that say the adhesive is bad or that the insoles are uncomfortable. My insoles have never ‘unstuck’ from my shoes (and I moved it out of one shoe to another)!They are also so comfortable and fit easily in my shoes! Before these, I was having slight pain in the ball of my foot in my low Abeo kitten heels, but as soon as I added the insoles, the pain went away!Final note: These are meant to be ‘centered’ on the shoe rather that fitted and flush with the back. If they are positioned too far back, the ball of your foot won’t be cushioned properly!

Enhances the duration of wearing heals, very comfy

I wear 6.5 in shoes and these are the perfect size. They have good support and help my sandals feel more comfortable forbusy work days. The adhensive is terrible though. They pulled right off when I take my shoes off. And if you have bigger feet, these won't feel right.

I wanted a liner for my platform sandals that would keep them from making noise when I walk due to bare feet and sticking. These are a velvety material and they're perfect for that. The entire underside is adhesive so they stay in place. Good product.

The cushion is what I was needing most in my new boots as they were quite hard and wearing them all day was a literal pain. I bought these to help cushion the balls of my feet and they work for what I need other than they are slippery when I wear socks. There is no arch support but the cushion is better than without anything. I had to apply some anti skid tape (kenesio tape) to help my feet from sliding around. They are worth the money but I recommend not wearing them with socks unless you add some fabric tape.
