THE BEST! A new pantry staple for this family
These are incredible! I have been craving Olive Garden's Chicken Gnocchi soup and decided to look on Amazon for some Gnocchi so I could make a copycat version. I have a daughter with Celiac disease and try to avoid gluten myself for health reasons and the fact that these are gluten free is huge for us. I received them today with Prime Free One Day delivery and tonight I made soup. My family could not stop raving about it, especially my husband who claims he hates soup and always rolls his eyes when I make it. After about his 5th huge spoonful he looked at me and said, "wow baby, you are good wife material". I would say that is a win for soup (and the wife)! These cook up super quick and taste like little hearty potato dumplings. I took a huge risk ordering a case when I had not tried them before and am absolutely thrilled that I did. These will be a pantry staple for us.

Really appreciate the "Split" packaging!
Easy portion control, one package has two sealed "sides" that can be cut carefully down the middle if you only want to use half the package. Makes a quick easy meal, and gnocchi is super versatile. This brand was the best value at the time of purchase, and I appreciate having a nice stock of easy meals in my pantry.Side thought: If you are also Gluten Free, and perhaps miss pierogies as much as I do... I find potato gnocchi to be a pretty decent substitute. I prepare these as per directions (boil in salted water until they float), and then toss with some butter/onion and serve with sour cream, and they are almost as good as pierogies and still very satisfying if you have that comfort food craving!

So good
I made this with chicken, mushrooms and onions in a chicken brith and champagne sauce. It was delicious and I couldn’t tell that it was gluten free. Absolutely delicious.

These are good, and you would never know that they are GF. No compromises.
I don't have a long review, I would just say these are proper gnocchi, with no difference from their wheat based cousins. A lot of pasta that is GF just sucks. Bad taste and poor texture are the rule of the land of GF pasta. Well, these do not fall victim to that issue. They taste great and provide a 100% real gnocchi experience, with no need to explain that they are GF. Try boiling them for about 3 mins, then throwing them into a cast iron pan (with a bit of oil) to brown a bit before you eat them. The texture and flavor are fantastic.

GLUTEN-FREE GNOCCHI, HALLELUJAH!
Best gluten-free gnocchi on the market. SUPER EASY to make, just boil water and dunk them in for about 2 minutes... try crimping them up a bit in the air fryer once they're cooked, instead of searing in a pan. So delicious!!!

Ingredient list is wrong.
I bought this for a friend that is celiac and allergic to corn thinking that it was a perfect substitution for wheat gnocchi. It came in and one of the first ingredients is cornstarch. It is not returnable and he cannot eat it.

Better than gluten-full gnocchi!
I've cooked up store-bought gnocchi and have always been disappointed because of a metallic taste to it. This Corabella gluten-free gnocchi has none of that. It's a great potato taste and the texture is beautifully pillowy. It also works great for leftovers as it doesn't dry out and harden after being in the fridge overnight. The directions on the package say to salt the water before cooking, which is definitely a good idea so the gnocchi have more flavor. I usually do only a teaspoon but found these needed more like a tablespoon of salt in the boiling water. I'd recommend this to anyone who loves gnocchi.

Inexpensive and tasty!
I think my favorite thing about this product is that each package is separated into 2 halves. My husband and I can eat a package but if I am all by myself, I can snap it in half and make a meal just for me. It’s easy and quick to make and a great go to for those of us who have celiac disease and have to stay totally gluten free. Never read the instructions on the package so don’t know what they suggest. Some just boil them, some boil then sauté but I just go straight to sauté in olive oil until golden brown and crispy. I add pesto and Parmesan and voila!
