The rubber tubing is hollow. Not sure how strong or long lasting it will be, hence the 4 stars.

Work great and can’t beat the price
They work as if they cost a hundred dollars! For my weak muscles and painful back the length and strength are exactly what my sore body needed to loosen up-and stretching them doesn’t take so much out of me, I love this exerciser-works much better than I could have ever wanted. They arrived from Amazon in just a few days so I was able to work out with them very quickly and already feel great. I will definitely be ordering them again!

It liked it. It is easy and fun to use. Unfortunately it the last exercise I do.

Wasn't quite the strength that I wanted but it will be useful..
I wanted to replace my 1/2" tubing (Black)which was pretty strong but this will be very useful tho...

Das Band plus Türanker funktionieren bisher ganz gut.Das schwarze band ist dick und gibt einen ausreichend starken Widerstand.

Schönen Band. Obs lange halten wird weiß ich leider noch nicht. bisher siehts aber ganz solide aus.
