I have to admit when I first saw this I though it was riduculous. I mean really... After using This, I wondered how I managed so long without it. This thing is great! Fully adjustable. Helps correct bad habbits that promote forward head posture. If you view your phone screen for long periods of time, this is a must have.

Bought two of these, one for grandson n other for me. I shake and it keeps on restarting the phone where I can just easily type. Even though I keep going back over the letters to get them correct it just keeps a steady position on my neck.

I was not aware of the "random" color until I saw this headline today. I returned this because the randomcolor was white and I didn't want this color.

Great idea but it doesn’t get to eye level unless u lay down. Can’t walk around without turning because the tightening thing at the end keeps loosening. Also, can’t have a popsocket in the back of ur phone because it will not hold. Ok but could be better.

Ordered a black phone holder. I received a red one, so I immediately went to my order details and never saw anything about a random colour until now. I would not have purchased a red phone holder to hang on my neck, no way. State, how do you determine a random colour to satisfy your customers? Also, there are no instructions available to mount this item. Should I take a hammer and punch that ball in? I don't think so. My aunt uses this every day with her phone. She angles it so she can see and can talk while she uses her wheelchair. Will be a repeat purchase for other older relatives.

The idea was good, but too small, too uncomfortable and in reality does not meet my expectations. It could be use as a selfie stick.

It is a great product. I didn't expect it to add this much convenience. The only problem is that the docking mechanism is a little loose, when using it with a tablet the tablet slides down. I would recommend this to anyone.
