This is my first pair of heated socks and I wasn't looking for anything too fancy. Something to keep my toes warm when skiing. These worked great! I debated between the more expensive socks that heat the top and bottom of the foot and went for these that only heat the top because of price. The heating on the top of the foot worked just great in keeping my toes warm while skiing. I have only taken them out once, but it was cold (about 20 degrees), windy, and snowy. I started by warming them up on the hottest setting (red) and then turned them down to orange for the rest of the time. I was also worried about the socks being tall enough so that the battery pack was not in my ski boot, and these worked out just fine. Overall, I would highly recommend these for skiing!!

Colder weather will be arriving soon. Since my son and I go fishing as late in the year as we can, oftentimes through November, we end up having to deal with the cold. The biggest issue we have is with cold feet which can totally make a person miserable. I decided to give these socks a try and I have to say, I think they may help. I'm currently sitting in my office with them on and I had to turn them from high to medium because they actually felt too hot on my feet. On medium, they provide a noticeable warmth. My only concern is that the heat is in a pretty small, localized area and I'm not 100% sure it will actually mitigate the cold on my toes which is the primary area where my feet get uncomfortable. I've tried pulling the socks down a bit, closer to them and that may help on a cold winters day but I'll really have to wait and see. I would really love to see these designed to provide the warmth at the toe area. The socks are nice and thick and actually seem like they would provide a lot of warmth just by themselves. The only issue I have with the socks themselves is that they only extend up midway through my calf. They are a good 5 inches down from the bend in my knee. I wish they were longer.

The socks fit & feel great. They work on all three settings but have not emerged them in water to hand wash yet. Can't feel any of the heating element wiring on my feet.

These socks work really great, but if you have large diameter calves they would not work comfortably for you.

Just high enough to tuck the battery in it’s pocket above my ski boot. Medium setting worked to keep my toes warm enough in single digit weather. I also had neoprene boot gloves on. In the ist ski season the batteries held up, the second season coming up is a toss up

I bought these for hunting. I live in MN so I ALWAYS get cold hunting no matter what I wear. Previously I would wear little toe warmers that heat up and have ti be thrown away afterwards. These socks ONLY heat on TOP of your foot! So I was disappointed that they didnt heat up all around the foot. So it didn't guve me that "warm" feeling while outside. BUT my feet never got cold. And usually without tie warmers that freeze. So even though I didnt feel warm necessarily, I wasnt cold either! I will be wearing them again as they are much for comfortable then tow warmers you step on , and I stayed warm enough. All in all I think it's a worth while buy.

I love these socks. They warm you feet with little wires running through everywhere but the soles. I turn them up and then turn them off before I sleep. There are cute little pockets for the rechargeable heating controllers.

My socks don’t work, or alternatively they provide almost no heat bc you can barely tell they are on, the most SLIGHTEST hint of warmth, completely useless. I charged per instructions for almost a day, and I had them turned on several hours to be sure it wasn’t user error. I feel like they must be a broken pair cause otherwise they are pointless. Will be returning.

I have had 3 back operations and ended up with radiated pain going down my left leg to my foot. I have lost most of my circulation there and my foot always feels like an ice-cube. I reviewed a number of heated socks and found that these ones seemed to be what I was looking for. I have been totally happy with them since I first tried them on and found that on the low setting, which is just enough to take the edge off, the batteries last about six hours. I would love to get another set of batteries to carry with me for when the first ones deplete the charge but have not been able to find them to purchase separately. I am waiting to hear back from the seller so hopefully I can get a second set.

Worth the price, it has three levels to adjust, feels good

It does not heat on the bottom of the sole which is what I wanted.
