Sleeve kept popping open on its own so seller provided a refund quickly. This item was dated 2010 which matched the year I purchased my computer. I was hoping to find a DVD that would work with Windows 10 but never got that far along. I have given a 5 star for being responsive to this defect in the DVD player. I don't see what sheerness or thickness has to do other than it did fit the opening correctly in my computer.

I use this in my Karaoke gig, as I still have singers who want to use CD's and my laptop does not have a built in CD player. It reads almost all of the discs my singers bring in unless they are badly scratched.
