This product surprised me so positively that I also bought it, for my family. This is the second pillow this month.== positive review:1- quickly gained volume after opening.2- adapts its shape to the body (head). When sleeping3- Doesn't smell like other products4- it is comfortable and soft. My head doesn't sweat on it.A negative review:1- As of today, I cannot give any negative opinion because it meets all my expectations.

Great pillows, really comfortable and really well made don't think we could go back to our last pillows ever again.

Even tho they claim cooling effect they hit up and the loose shape

I've been looking for a decent cooling pillow, having tried several that claimed to be "ventilated" and "cooling", none have truly helped with my sweating during the nightFor the CLAIM that this is memory foam, it's laughable - proper memory foam stays in the shape your body parts (head in this case) was in, so you'd have a "head shaped dent" in it if it WAS memory foam, but this just springs back to its shapeThe "ventilation" is also comedic, with the holes going to half way and stopping - does this increase airflow? NO! All it does is give it some space to compress into! Unless you'd consider putting a dent in your home's wall as "ventilation", because that's basically what they are, pits that do nothing for airflowOverall this shouldn't be advertised as "memory foam" or "ventilated" as they're 100% false!Is it a comfortable pillow if you like them a little soft, even though they're "thick" pillows once your head is on one it squishes down - the width is rediculously small compared to other pillows, but safety pins inside the pillow case get around that a bitRealistically these are FAR too expensive for what they are, especially considering the false advertising!

Im used to spending $40 on a single pillow so that i can have a quality one, but I bought two pillows for $40 here and quite frankly theyre better than my pillows that cost double that. Its super comfortable and supportive for my head and neck, and is decently firm so i highly doubt it will flatten after a few uses like others ive tried. Ill be buying a second set for my husband and i soon!

To early to tell, but it looks good. my only concern was the lateness of delivery and inability to find out what was going on. Might have been my ineptitude, so many buttons to push and circular pages showing up. Not the pillow's fault.update: I've now used the pillow. I like it's firmness along with support. I"m not sinking into the pillow in the way my "normal" pillows don't provide that sort of support.I also bout a cooling pillow case and like that too.
