They are great! The perfect firmness for yoga.

This is my first set of yoga blocks so I don't have anything to compare them with. That being said, they look and feel like a high quality product, lightweight but very sturdy, helping me get deeper into certain poses and providing support in the ones I struggle with. Has definitely added a new dimension to my practice. The strap is also a useful addition to the set. Customer support also seems very willing to help, not that I have needed them. Will certainly be considering IUGA when I need to replace my mat.

Not so great when stacking the blocks, otherwise absolutely fine.

To be fair, I have bought these to stop an armchair pushing against a wall and pulling curtains down! And they are perfect! No damage to velvet armchair. Lightweight and sturdy. May use them for yoga as well, as are perfect. Good value

Absolutely love this! I've been stretching and practicing box and front splits for a while now, and wanted some support to ensure I was stretching correctly and not injuring myself. These are very sturdy, and surprisingly light given the firmness! I also love the fact the design is simple and not bright.

I use these for putting under speakers so the bass doesn't get absorbed. I have no idea if they are any good for Yoga!

Good blocks. Do the job. They are maybe a tiny bit softer than the block I had before. But work really well for yoga and calisthetics training. The belt is good too.A bit on an expensive side for a peace of foam but I'm happy with the purchase.

Very lightweight yet sturdy. Have used 6 times so far and am pleased with them. Loved the additional stap that was included.
