Finally -- a well designed, comfortable, and effective wedge cushion!
Several things I deeply appreciate about this cushion. First, it works! I've been using mine for a little over a week and it's making a noticeable difference in my sciatic pain. I'm beyond grateful. Second, unlike most wedge cushions, this one is designed so the back of your legs aren't pressed into it. Third, it actually fits in my car seat so I can get the proper angle (knees below hips) when I drive. Fourth, it really is portable. Fifth, it's fairly firm (the others I tried were too soft/squishy) without being uncomfortable. Sixth, it comes in 3 different wedge heights. I ordered the 2.5" and just ordered a 3.25" and a 4" because different chairs have different angles. My back issues are degenerative, so this is part of my focus on postural correction to help minimize problems down the road. Thank you SITTS Perfect!!!UPDATE: It's now 2 1/2 years since I got my first Sitts Cushions. They are all 4 (yes 4!) of them going strong, including one that has been in my car 24/7 in heat and cold. They are as firm as they were when I got them. I can't recommend these enough if you have lower back or sciatic pain and need to upgrade how you sit, whether at home or in your car (and yes, it works perfect in my desk chair too.)

Firm and supportive, but too thick for what I need
This product is definitely firm and supportive, which is good to know with nearly every cushion out there being super soft memory foam that you sink into or causes it to flatten- which is super annoyingI have chronic pain and I need a wedge cushion for my car because of the slope of my seat causing strain on my upper body. I would be keeping the 3.5 inch one if it was a bit thinner, and I’m hoping to try a different size to see if it meets my needs in my small car. It was also a tad bit too firm, though I would think it will soften a little with time and would be more comfortable if it was the right height for my car’s seatEven though this particular product didn’t work out for me, wanted to mention in a review that it’s very supportive. Posture begins in the pelvis and it was much easier to rely on that and my core to sit upright and drive as opposed to straining my shoulders, neck, and jaw as I lean forward inn my seat where the bottom is sloping down where it meets the back. There was a little too much pressure on my piriformis muscles and sciatic nerve though, but I really want to try a shorter cushion that’s slightly softer from this brand!

So Hard And Painful
Like sitting on a slab of concrete. For people already in a lot of pain like me, this is a torture device.

Not what I expected- but a decent deal...
These are made well, and come fast-- but harder than expected and has no kind of fabric or cover on it (so I made one)I can't use it, as it hurts my tailbone & lower back, but this may NOT be an issue for other people! (I have spinal damage from an injury)I think I'd use it if it weren't so dense/was slightly softer..... A bit pricey for a chunk of rubber....

THIS is the cushion you've been searching for.
I've had two lumbar fusions; the first was completely botched leaving me with misplaced hardware and one screw broken off inside my left SI and suffering considerable chronic pain over the past eleven years. I've been through many "support" cushions that simply do not help for one reason or another. I now own four SITTS cushions because they are that good. I have a 4" in the car, a 3.25" for my office chair with a 4" firm to rest my feet on, and a 2.5" for chairs with a smaller incline. Their shape and angle lets my legs relax forward and places my spine in a natural curve, the material is the perfect combination of soft firmness; they don't squish flat, they yield yet hold their shape. No, this is not a paid review, these cushions have truly changed my life. Special thanks to the owner Deborah, she really cares about her customer's well-being and always happy to help with questions and concerns.

Great concept but too hard
I have chronic back pain and a full time desk job - a very bad mix. I have tried different chairs, positioning, added foot rests, back supports, without relief. I recently read about the benefits of using a wedge cushion on the seat of a chair. By doing so, it aligns your body so that the shoulders stack over the hips, relieving pain. I tried two other wedge cushions before I found the SITTS cushion. They were worthless as the cushions sank to almost nothing once I sat on them (for reference I am 5'3" and 115 lbs.) Then I found the SITTS cushion - it has made a remarkable difference in my comfort during a long day of sitting. I purchased the 4" cushion. I would suggest flipping this cushion to the "wrong" side as the "right" side has a hard edge along the top, which is where you sit. I also purchased the foam topper, which helped soften the cushion a bit, and made it less slippery. Deborah Lee has made a quality product that really works. I have called her for advice on cushions & the topper and she was very helpful and genuinely concerned that I would have the best experience with her product. One warning: do not use this cushion on a wheeled chair for a first time use. It takes some getting used to and the cushion itself is slippery.

Usable but the smell Edit: Review updated
I want to like this product, but the smell is overwhelming. I've been trying to get rid of the memory foam smell for over a month and it just doesn't go away. I tried washing it twice, drenching it in Febreze, hitting it, leaving it alone to air out. Nothing worked. I was ready to give up, but I tried pillow covers. One pillow cover over it isn't enough, it needed two. The seat itself is firm and it offers good forward hip tilt. So I would say it's functional but I've really never had a product that smelled this bad.EDIT: The seller has sent me a new cushion. The new cushion barely has any smell and the texture on the exterior is entirely different from the old one. The old one had a grippy exterior and the new one has a more dry rubber exterior. My biggest issue with the old one was the smell and now that it is gone, I can finally say this is a quality product.
