AMAZING Customer Service!!
When I first purchased this kit, the bridge pick up would not work. I tried everything! I contacted the seller and they were able to ship me a new set of pickups within a week. During that time, we were taking and sharing photos back and forth of the set up I had and the set up that it is supposed to look like, since everything is already pre-soldered and pre-wired for you. Needless to say, the new set of pickups work well! Aside from that, the customer service from this vendor is A+++!!! Working in retail, I know great customer service when I see it. I have another guitar kit from this vendor and am looking forward to working on this too!

Not a bad kit!
Overall, the woodwork on this kit is solid. There are no instructions, however. But this isn’t my first build so that’s OK. I really can’t say much about the hardware or electronics because I upgraded all of that. But for a cheap DIY kit, the woodwork is pretty spot on the fretwork is good.
