UPDATE: I bought these over a year ago and they are still working well, no issues. Brilliant LED lights for a cheap price, these have vastly exceeded my expectations. These where just what i needed for my bathroom. My bathroom lights recently went pop, and on review i was surprised to see what could best be described as small lights similar to the rear lights of a car. I looked for suitable LED alternatives to the previous halogen bulbs and settled on these, in part due to the good reviews. These are brilliant, bright, easy to fit, and they have worked without any issues since i installed them. They seem to be of a high quality considering the low price. I would definitely recommend them.

Have purchased G9's from various offerings. Several recently have failed,, and quite soon.. These came in proper packaging with a proper box. Other offerings can be loose wrapped. So far so good. One star reserved just in case!

unlike many LED g9 bulbs I have purchase over the years. these are brilliant, bright white and when you turn them off there is no risadule light coming from them

I have used these in a five lamp bathroom fitting. 28w halogens are way too bright and expensive in energy usage. The semi-opaque capsule design of these 2.5w LED bulbs diffuses the light, and so the bright, warm light they give off is less glaring than in the clear halogen bulbs. These bulbs may however not be quite bright enough in one/two bulb fittings in some situations, for example, in my upstairs bathroom with a three light fitting in a very high ceiling, they aren't bright enough, so I put the halogens back into the fitting in that situation. It's great to know that these LEDs are using about 12 times less energy to run than the halogens. My only reservation would be about the longevity f the LEDs - I've had some before these that lasted about a year; not bad, I guess, but not up to the claims made for the lifespan of LEDs generally. The cost of the HTMART LEDS seems acceptable, providing they last at least that long.

These had a kind of fluorescent bulb aspect to them - slightly bluish tinge to the light, even though they were 3000K, and they also seemed to be flickering slightly. I also didn't like them for a personal reason - the light is quite diffuse, and the fitting that we had works best with fine point sources of light. Overall they seemed to work fine but they were not to my taste, so I replaced them with a different design led bulb.

These were ideal for my standing living room lamp
