Would this fit on my flying V?

Maybe. If you’re V has split shaft volume controls it won’t work unless you buy a sleeve that fits over the split shaft and under the knob. If you have solid shaft volume and tone controls it will work

Do these use a set screw? Or push fitted for a certain size shaft? Thanks.

These use set screws so be careful about using them on split shaft pots. You can always fill the split shaft with wood or something similar, but if you don't they won't fit level on the shaft. That's the problem I had with them. But they are sharp looking!

Are these for 1/4" shaft?

I put them on my 02 Fender Jagstang and they fit nicely. They don't go on snug. There's a alen lug that tightens it to the shaft.
